Andrew Wade Joins The Wilshire Group as Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant

LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) June 06, 2018 - The Wilshire Group, a leading healthcare consulting firm, has added Andrew Wade to its team as a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant. In this role, Andrew will focus on engagements with healthcare organizations with a goal of increasing efficiency and ease of use within the revenue cycle.

“In today’s highly-complex, integrated healthcare organization it is vital to have a perspective that considers the entire scope of revenue cycle activity, not just a single function or workflow,” said Hank Smither, Managing Partner of The Wilshire Group. “Andrew brings his experience in Patient Access, Hospital Billing and Charge Capture to each project utilizing a project management discipline. This ensures our clients continue to receive the high-level, hands-on support and value they expect from The Wilshire Group team.”

Previously, Andrew was on the Client Services team at Phreesia where his role was implementing Phreesia’s integrated patient intake solution which included payment processing, eligibility querying, and mobile registration. Andrew worked with clients on a variety of EHRs to increase front-desk efficiencies and improve payment collections. Some key areas of focus for Andrew were spearheading the implementation of registration kiosks and designing new integrations for existing EHRs.

Prior to joining Phreesia, Andrew worked at Epic for 5 years on the hospital billing implementation team. Andrew worked with many large academic hospitals implementing hospital billing, charging, and research while serving as a customer revenue cycle lead. Andrew also served as a charging application success owner where he worked with customer implementation teams to ensure a successful end to end charging implementation and internally developing tools to improve the implementation process.
